Patna: There is no doubt that the death toll due to corona is increasing continuously throughout the country. On the other hand, Bihar's civil surgeon RR Jha of Samastipur district, who was caught in the midst of growing corona infection, died in Patna AIIMS on Wednesday morning. District Public Relations Officer of Samastipur, Rishabh Kumar said on Wednesday that Dr Jha died in the hospital at 7 am today.
He said that the Doctor was examined on July 13 and after confirming the infection in the report, he was admitted to Patna AIIMS for treatment. Earlier on Tuesday, MLC Sunil Kumar Singh of Darbhanga district of Bihar died suddenly of a heart attack. He was also suffering from corona. His treatment was going on in Patna AIIMS.
Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi has condoled the death of MLC Sunil Kumar Singh. He tweeted that "Sunil Kumar Singh MLC was admitted to AIIMS Patna for corona treatment. He died due to heart attack. We are all sad. May his soul rest in peace."
