Corona: Indonesia faces medical oxygen crisis, India sends concentrators and metric tonnes of oxygen

New Delhi: India has extended a helping hand to Indonesia, which is facing a crisis of corona epidemic. India has delivered 300 oxygen concentraters and 100 metric tonnes of liquid oxygen to Indonesia. With this, INS Airavat has reached Jakarta's main port, Tanjung Priok. India's Foreign Minister S Jaishankar has informed in this regard.

Jaishankar tweeted that India stands with its partner countries in the fight against corona. He said INS Airavat has reached Tanjung Priok with 300 oxygen concentraters and 100 metric tonnes of liquid oxygen. Tell us that Indonesia is the 15th most affected country in the world in terms of infected patients. So far 28.77 lakh corona cases have been registered here. So far, 73,582 people have lost their lives in the country. However, 22.61 lakh people have recovered so far, while 5.42 lakh people are undergoing treatment.

The whole world has been battling the corona epidemic since February-March 2020. India has helped all the countries facing the epidemic. However, when India was struggling with the second wave of corona this year, india was assisted by all countries of the world, including the US, UK, UAE, Australia, France, Singapore, Thailand, Kubait, Russia.
