The Himachal government has changed its decision regarding the Coronavirus. Only Indira Gandhi Medical College (IGMC) Shimla and Tanda Medical College (TMC) Kangra can now have Corona positive cases. The suspected cases will remain in the district hospital. Samples of suspected patients from district hospitals can be sent to IGMC or Tanda Medical College.

After the confirmation of the disease, these patients can be shifted to one of the two nearest medical colleges. The state government has changed its decision. Additional Chief Secretary Health RD Dhiman said that those above 60 years of coming from affected areas who have a weak immune system like asthma, cough, fever, etc, will be kept on observation for 14 days.
