Former Union Minister Uma Bharti's corona test report surfaced

Dehradun: The COVID-19 test report of 22 persons including former union minister Uma Bharti, chief priest of Kedarnath, Shiv Shankar Linga, temple staff has come negative. Last Tuesday, High Education Minister and District In-charge Minister Dr Dhan Singh Rawat also met these persons during the reconstruction work in Kedarnath.

There was an uproar in Kedarpuri on the news of Rawat's COVID-19 positive test report. On the orders of Collector Vandana Singh, the Health Department team present at Kedarnath took a sample of nine temple employees including the chief priest for COVID-19 investigation. On the other hand, Union Minister Uma Bharti's sample had been taken for COVID19 test and 12 persons accompanying her. The reports of all 22 persons have come negative, on which the Administration and Health Department have breathed a sigh of relief.

Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Vindesh Kumar Shukla said that of the 22 people whose samples were taken, 18 were tested for antigen. It was informed that adequate kits and other materials have been sent for the COVID-19 investigation of the persons of the pilgrimage and working organizations present in Kedarnath. On the other hand, Superintendent of Police Navneet Singh said that the samples of the police team present in Kedarnath will be tested. The increase in corona cases in the state is also continuing.
