New Delhi: Corona cases have started increasing rapidly in India again. In the last 24 hours, more than 7 thousand new cases (7240) of corona have been registered. Along with this, 8 people have also lost their lives due to corona infection. So far, more than five lakh people (5,24,723) have died in India due to corona. At present, the active cases of corona in India have crossed 32 thousand (32,498).

Earlier, the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare had told that, India's daily Covid cases increased by more than 41% on Wednesday, with 5,233 new cases of infection registered in the last 24 hours. On Tuesday, 3,714 Covid cases were reported in India. It is believed that the increase in the cases of Covid in Maharashtra is driving this growth forward. On Tuesday night, 1,881 new coronavirus cases were reported in the state, the highest since February 18.

Let us inform that with the increase in the cases of corona infection, India's active caseload now stands at 28,857, which is 0.07 percent of the total positive cases in the country. There has also been an increase in the weekly and daily positivity rates.
