Patna: The cases of corona infection in Bihar are not taking the name of decreasing yet, getting patients in the figures of thousands of people every day has increased the problem of the government. On Saturday, 1,302 new cases of corona infection were recorded in Bihar. However, the number of cases is 352 less than the previous day. At the same time, the number of positive patients in Bihar has now increased to 8,21,814.
According to the data released by the same health department, six more deaths were reported due to corona infection in the last 24 hours. With this, the death toll in the state has gone up to 12,217. There are now 7,712 active cases in the state. Of the 1,302 new cases in the state, 228 new cases were reported from Patna. Earlier on Friday, the state capital had registered 221 new cases. A total of 80,1885 people have recovered from the disease so far, including 2,577 in the last 24 hours.
Talking about the deaths due to Corona in the same cities, six persons have died from Patna, Khagaria, East Champaran, West Champaran and Rohtas districts. So far, 67 new cases of the omicron variant have been reported in the state. At the same time, if we talk about corona test, a total of 6.53 crore samples have been tested so far, including 1.53 lakh in the last 24 hours.
