New Delhi: The country is witnessing a steady decline in cases of corona infection. In the last 24 hours, 14,623 new corona cases have been reported. The Union Health Ministry said that the total number of active cases in the country is 1,78,098. However, the death toll due to infection has gone up to 3,41,08,996 after the death of 197 patients. According to the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, the total number of corona infection cases in the country has increased to 41 lakh 8 thousand 996 after the new data, out of which only 1 lakh 78 thousand 98 cases are active. According to statistics, Kerala recorded 7,643 cases of corona infection and 77 deaths.

The Health Ministry also reported that 19,446 people across the country have beaten Corona in the last 24 hours, after which the number of recoverers from Corona has gone up to 3,34,78,247. The active case stake is currently 1,78,098. The Union Health Ministry said that the recovery rate in the country is 98. It is 15 per cent. On the other hand, ICMR said that 13,23,702 samples were tested for corona infection in India yesterday, a total of 59,44,29,890 samples have been tested since yesterday.
