New Delhi: Vaccination is currently underway across the country amid corona infection. On the other hand, a senior health officer of the country says that all the states of the country should increase the monitoring time of vaccinated people to 28 days. Now, after vaccination in the country, people are monitored for 72 hours.

Arora says that many other vaccines are ready to come into the market and monitoring of side effects after vaccination should be increased. He said all AEFI data will soon be on a public portal. He also said that this will be a step that all health experts have been demanding for a long time.

Dr. Arora further said that monitoring of 7 crore vaccinated persons has been completed so far. Out of these, less than 5% of cases have shown serious side effects after vaccination. He also said that the entire report in the case has been submitted to the government and the data in this regard will be revealed soon. He said more monitoring time is necessary and this is happening in many countries. Dr. N K Arora said that all states should now contact local authorities and create a system to provide information on 28 days of side effects of vaccinated persons.
