Of the 30,000 volunteers selected for the corona drug test being prepared in the US by Pfizer and German partner Biotech, 11,000 are of black or Latina origin. A senior Pfizer officer reported this. This is also the society most affected by Coronavirus in America.

The statement of Dr Bill Gruber, senior vice president of Pfizer's clinical research and development department, has come to light. In which he said, "19 percent of the tests are going on on Latino and Black or African American population. We are trying to push it forward. Research has shown that black and Latino Americans are infected with corona at twice the rate as compared to white Americans. Native Americans have also been infected at higher rates. The native American group are serving as volunteers in this clinical test".

The company's drug has reached the final stage test. Some candidates are now being given their second dose. Doctors and researchers are requesting companies manufacturing the drug to include blacks, Latins, and Native Americans during testing for the coronavirus vaccine. Gruber said on Thursday, "Many campaigns are being carried out to reach these communities, as they have received little representation during the trial. So we want people from these communities to come forward and be part of our trials. People of these communities will get a great benefit from this".
