Jabalpur: Corona has spread its foot in many districts of Madhya Pradesh. Corona is wreaking havoc in Jabalpur too. From 20 March 2020, 411 patients reported till 1 July. In the meantime, 14 patients died, most of which were confirmed after report of a sample. On March 20, the first four patients of the state found in the city.

During this time, the infection of corona started to stagnate and in the next 29 days, the number of patients had reached 20 by an average of less than one. After this, Corona started gaining momentum and the number of patients increased week by week. After 102 days, the number of patients has reached 411. Apart from this, doctors have expressed the fear that the next two months may be more fatal for corona infection.

The rate of recovery of patients infected with corona increased. The rate of patients getting healthy and ratio has come in better condition in the district than in the country. The death rate from corona in the district is 3.40, the recovery rate is 78 percent and the dabbling ratio is around 66-67 days. However, the district's position in mortality is better than the top-10 districts of the state. Here, out of a total of 411 patients found so far, 323 have gone home healthy.
