New Delhi: The Corona epidemic has caused a huge outcry everywhere, in the national capital, there has been an uproar over the growing cases of Corona. This Central Delhi Police has set up a helpline center so that the problems can be solved with immediate effect from the people. This helpline center has been started in the new police headquarters, whose number is 011-23469900. This helpline center was started keeping in mind the experiences gained during the lockdown period in 2020, which will be open 24 hours.

According to the news received, selected employees from special units of Delhi Police have been deployed at this helpline center. These employees have been given the task of resolving all public complaints and problems received by Delhiites with immediate effect. So far, 800 calls have been made on this helpline number, which has been resolved immediately.

The same helpline has received many calls related to day and night and weekend curfew. Apart from this, calls were made to get information about the officials who issued the incoming passes. In this connection, citizens have been directed to apply on the respective websites and various DDMA (District Disaster Management Authority) guidelines have also been told. At the same time, senior district police officers were moved forward to resolve specific issues within their jurisdiction in case of necessity.
