Patna: Corona is still growing rapidly and becoming deadly in different states of the country. According to the Bihar health department, more than 3,000 covid infected have been detected in the state on Saturday. The figure for active cases fell below 20,000, a marginal decline in the last week.
Relief received on Saturday: According to state health department data, a total of 3,003 people have been reported positive on Saturday. The positive rate in the state has now come down to less than 2 per cent, which crossed 3.5 per cent a week ago. The recovery rate has also gone up to 96.07 per cent from 94 per cent a week ago.
Meanwhile, 6,190 patients have recovered from Corona in the last 24 hours. The State now has 19,578 active cases. Last Saturday, there were 35,000 active corona cases. The number of coronavirus patients who have died in the last 24 hours is 10. The total death toll has gone up to 12,183 in the state.
