Goa, which was a corona virus free state, was among the fastest corona virus cases in India. Health Minister Vishwajit Rane said that on Saturday late evening, eleven passengers from Mumbai to Goa have tested positive for corona virus in preliminary investigation, with the number of active cases of Goa has gone up to 50.

Confirmation has been sent for testing. The total number of corona virus cases in the state has increased to 66, including 16 people who have been cured. Rane said that as the corona virus (COVID-19) cases increased among people going to Goa by rail, road and air, he would urge Chief Minister Pramod Sawant to implement tough measures for withdrawal.

In his statement, Rane tweeted that I will meet the Chief Minister so that, I can give information on the current affairs and curb the increasing cases, he said that his department was working on an SOP for Goa Return, compulsory Coronavirus (Kovid-19) negative certificate was valid for 48 hours. This timetable will be operational from the time of issue. According to health department records, none of the active cases are local, there was a withdrawal from them. Sawant has also said that there is no community broadcasting in the coastal state.
