Centre issues new advisory to states amid unlocking, directs these instructions

New Delhi: The process of unlocking has started in the states after decreasing cases of corona infection. There is also a crisis of increasing cases again. Meanwhile, the Union Home Ministry has issued advisories to all states and Union Territories. It calls for strict compliance of corona guidelines.

Home Ministry Secretary Ajay Bhalla has written to the Chief Secretaries of all states and Union Territories directing them to adopt a plan for corona friendly behaviour, testing-tracking,treatment and vaccination while opening the lockdown. Know that the Ministry of Home Affairs has directed that the States and Union Territories ensure that the process of opening lockdown is careful and orderly.

The Home Secretary objected that the relaxation of restrictions in some states had caused a rush of people in the markets without following the social distancing. It is necessary to stop it. Vaccination against corona is important to break the chain of corona infections, state and Union Territories should speed up vaccination. According to the Union Health Ministry, 60,753 new corona cases were detected across the country in the last 24 hours, while 1,647 patients died due to infection. At the same time, 97,743 people recovered from the corona.
