Damoh: Police is working for the safety of nation amid lockdown but sometimes they have to sacrifice many things for the fulfillment of duty. A heart-wrenching example of this has come to light in Damoh. The policeman kept doing duty on the road to observe the lock down, his daughter died in the hospital . The condition of the policeman's son also remains critical.

Due to the lockdown, the police personnel are not even getting discharged, due to which they are not able to take care of their family. One such case has come up in Damoh when the guard father was doing his duty and his 14-year-old daughter died due to lack of treatment. When the father came to know about the daughter's death, he left duty and went to the hospital. In uniform, the father reached the post-mortem home to have his daughter's PM. In the grief of the daughter's death, the constable was repeatedly saying that his superiors were not being arbitrary and not being discharged.

According to the information received, 14-year-old daughter of police line resident constable Shriram Jarolia was brought to Radhika on Sunday morning by constable's wife Sheela and son Himanshu district hospital, where the doctor declared her dead. The constable told that his daughter had a cold 15-20 days ago, which had been cured if she had taken medication after treatment. At that time, I was not discharged, once again the daughter's health deteriorated, then I had asked the officials to apply duty in the city, but neither was discharged, nor was duty imposed in the city, if duty was imposed in the city, then I would leave my family. I would have been able to take care of it, but even today my duty was imposed on the Garhkota border. The daughter's health was poor since Friday morning but due to lack of time from duty, she was not able to get proper treatment. At the same time, brother Himanshu's health also deteriorated after the death of his sister. Radhika was the daughter of the second number, another daughter younger than him. The constable has accused the officials that before that my health had deteriorated, and had also sought leave at that time. The daughter had asked for leave due to deterioration, but was asked to apply duty in the city if not discharged, but RI does not sit in her office and is arbitrary. Talked to ASP and SP but nobody listened.
