Dehradun: In view of the cases growing at the speed of COVID-19, now people gave to undergo test before entering the city of Dehradun. After the SOP was issued by the government on Friday night, the collector also implemented it in the city. The administration will create a testing booth at the airport, railway station, bus station as well as the city's border. The fees of the test will have to be paid by individuals only. For those who are relieved of home quarantine and isolation, the facility of corona examination will be made available at the booth to be made at the check post of the border. Individuals will have to pay the test themselves. At the same time, 72-hour corona test report was approved for people coming from other states. It has now been 96 hours. In such a situation, now people can come to the city if the 96-hour if report is negative.

Also, the person concerned will have to remain in isolation till the report of the test at the booth. In case of negative report, home or institutional quarantine will be exempted. However, it would be mandatory to apply social distances and masks. Also, the imperative to register the Doon visitors on the portal of Dehradun Smart City will remain intact. With this, it will be mandatory to follow all safety rules.
