Bhopal: Corona continues to wreak havoc in Madhya Pradesh. Phase-2 has started from today after completion of 21 days lockdown. There is also a big increase in the number of patients in the state before this second round of lockdown lasting till May 3 (19 days). The infection has spread in 25 out of 52 districts of the state. After Indore, the condition of Bhopal is also becoming worrisome. However, the administration is still not ready to accept. After Indore, the administration has set a target of taking five thousand samples in four days from Jahangirabad area of Bhopal. So far 761 coronas have been infected in the state. 53 have died. While 45 patients have gone home after recovering.

Farmers in the rural areas of Ujjain have been allowed to sell wheat. The farmers will be informed about this through SMS. The government has requested the farmers to come to the procurement centre only on receipt of the SMS. The Health Department has made all the possible arrangement at the centre.

The number of coronavirus patients in Indore has reached 427. There are 160 infected in Bhopal. Coronavirus infection has reached in 25 of the 52 districts of the state. In the new districts, there is a possibility of community transmission due to getting new patients during the lockdown. Wherever they have been found infected in the state, their history is also indicating community transmission. The kind of government's preparations are being seen in the infected areas is like stopping community transmission. But, till now it is being said by the government that there is no such condition as community transmission in the state.
