Three policemen were injured during a patrol in Tonk, Rajasthan. Additional SP Vipin Sharma said that the police force was attacked by some people in the butcher locality. We have brought some people for inquiry and investigation. One more person died due to coronavirus in Rajasthan and with the arrival of 38 new cases of infection, the total number of people infected with this virus in the state increased to 1,169. State's Additional Chief Secretary (Health) Rohit Kumar Singh said that a patient admitted in MDM Hospital Jodhpur died late on Thursday. This person (56 years) was found infected on 15 April. He also had heart disease.

Regarding this matter, officials said that 16 people have died so far due to coronavirus infection in the state. Meanwhile, 38 new cases of Coronavirus infection were reported in the state on Friday. Five cases have been found in Jaipur, 18 in Jodhpur, six in Tonk, four in Kota, two in Nagaur, one each in Jhunjhunu and Jhalawar. The total number of people infected in the state has increased to 1,169.

In the total cases of Corona virus infection in Rajasthan, along with two Italian citizens, there are 55 people who have been brought from Iran and placed in army health centres in Jodhpur and Jaisalmer.
