About three thousand people have come from the corona affected countries till now. 800 people have completed the 28-day monitoring period. To control the coronavirus, a strict decision has been taken by the government not to leave the people out of their homes, to prevent the virus from spreading locally. The Health Department has put two thousand people in the home quarantine for monitoring all over the state. According to the report of the Health Department, the number of home quarantine people is increasing.

It is a matter of relief in the state that the coronavirus is still under control. Corona has been confirmed among the people who have returned from the visit of the affected countries. The government has made arrangements in Mumbai and Delhi for the people of Uttarakhand trapped outside the state.
