Mumbai: Maharashtra has reported 11,766 new covid-19 cases last Friday. It is also reported that a total of 2213 people have died. In fact, the Health Department has given an information about it. Recently, the Health Department has issued a release. It said that with the new cases, the total number of infected persons has increased to 58,87,853 and the death toll has gone up to 1,06,367. In addition, the State Government has increased the death toll after examining the Covid-19 test and other data in the laboratory.

Let me also tell you that 406 covid-19 patients have died in the last 24 hours. In fact, in the last 24 hours, 8,104 covid-19 patients have recovered. A total of 56,16,857 infections have been released in the same State so far. At the same time, the number of patients under treatment of Covid-19 in the State is 1,61,704. A recent statement said that the rate of recovery from infection is 95.4 per cent while the mortality rate has gone up to 1.81 per cent. On the other hand, the Health Department says that 2,54,301 samples for Covid-19 have been tested in the last 24 hours.

A total of 3,76,11,005 samples have been tested in the State so far. Now, when it comes to Mumbai, 721 new cases of Covid-19 have been reported here. With this, 24 patients have died. The total number of infected people in Mumbai has reached 7,14, 216 while the death toll has gone up to 15,079.
