Shimla: Corona has created a crisis situation all over the world. In Himachal, the number of corona infected is increasing. By Tuesday afternoon, seven new patients have appeared in Chamba and two in Solan till 3 pm. In Chamba, the army and ITBP jawans, including their family members, have been found positive. All had returned from Kerala, while an army soldier had returned from Roorkee.

The infected are being sent to COVID Care Center Chamba. CMO Chamba Dr Rajesh Guleri has confirmed this. There are 36 active cases of COVID-19 in the city and the number of patients recovering has been 51. On the other hand, a worker from Paonta in Sirmaur city of Himachal Pradesh has been found corona positive in Chandigarh. The infected had been undergoing treatment at ESI Hospital since 6 July. Two people, including a pregnant woman, have been found corona infected in Nalagarh city of Solan. These two samples were taken by the Health Department randomly.

The total number of people infected with corona in Himachal has reached 1300. Of these, active cases are 349. And the number of healthy patients has been 927. So far there have been nine deaths from Corona. 13 have shifted outside the infected state. Two people, including a pregnant woman, have been found corona infected in Nalagarh city of Solan. These two samples were taken by the Health Department on a random basis. In which both have been confirmed to be corona infected. Now continuous efforts are also being made to deal with it.
