CM Yogi said that it has been decided to leave about 11 thousand prisoners in UP jails on parole or bail. This action is being started immediately.

For your information, let us tell you that Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath told that the committee of Uttar Pradesh Legal Services and Additional Chief Secretary Home Avnish Kumar Kumar Awasthi and DG Jail Anand Kumar have churned for the release of the prisoners. After this, a decision has been taken that arrangements have been made to release about 11 thousand prisoners in jails of Uttar Pradesh for parole or bail. CM said that parole will be given as per normal procedure and for bail the district judge will go to the respective jails and provide this bale. This process is going to start immediately.

Regarding this matter, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that 11 committees have already been formed to deal with various problems in the event of lockdown in Uttar Pradesh. These committees are working to fulfill the needs of the citizens. He said that a large number of citizens of Uttar Pradesh live in connection with employment in other states of the country. Nodal officers have been deployed to provide them the same help. Some states were left in their list released on Friday, which have also been added on Saturday. These include Orissa, North Eastern states, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu Kashmir, Ladak, Kerala, Laminadu and Chhattisgarh states.
