New Delhi: The court has refused bail to the accused arrested in connection with the vandalism outside the official residence of Delhi CM and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national president Arvind Kejriwal. With this remark, the court categorically refused to grant bail to Chandra Kant Bhardwaj, Naveen Kumar, Neeraj Dixit, Sunny, Jitendra Singh Bisht, Pradeep Kumar Tiwari, Raju Kumar Singh and Bablu Kumar. According to media reports, during the hearing, Additional Sessions Judge Naveen Kashyap said that the protesters did not respect the directions of the Delhi High Court at all. The court said that the Delhi High Court had clearly said in its direction that protests outside the CM residence are not allowed.

Judge Naveen Kashyap further said, 'There is no doubt that people belonging to any political party have a fundamental right to assemble and protest, but the exercise of this right has some limits and it should not be used in an uncontrolled manner. can be done.'
