The famous case of Indian politics will be heard next month on Rouse Avenue Court in Delhi on the petition of middleman Christian Michelin in the AgustaWestland VVIP helicopter scam. Michelin demanded a probe on the CBI and ED officials who came to meet him in Tihar without obtaining permission from the court. On October 22, when the British counselor came to Tihar to meet him, Michelin alleged, ED and CBI officials searched his belongings. The court had summoned a report from the jail administration in this context. Michelin is currently off in Tihar. The CBI is investigating Michelin's role as a middleman in this Rs 3600 crore deal while the ED is investigating the allegations of money laundering.
