Dehradun: The Pushkar Dhami government in Uttarakhand has taken a big decision. The state government has announced the abolition of corona restrictions in the state from November 20. The Pushkar Dhami government has taken this decision in view of the minimum status of corona infection in the state and the closure of Chardham cupboards. However, the people of the state will still have to follow certain rules.
These rules will still have to be followed:-
- It will be mandatory to wear masks while traveling in public places, workplaces, and public transport.
- Keeping a distance of six feet in public places will be mandatory.
- Spitting in public places will be illegal, for which punishment is provided with prescribed fines.
- Consumption of betel, tobacco in public places will be prohibited.
In fact, the state government issued an SOP of the corona ban on October 18. It made it mandatory for those from outside states to have an RTPCR report with 50 percent presence in events ranging from marriage to marriage. These corona restrictions were implemented from October 19 to November 20. Meanwhile, chief secretary Dr. SS Sandhu on Thursday issued an order canceling the SOP of the covid ban.
