Hyderabad: After 197 recovery in the last 24 hours, the kovid-19 recovery rate in Telangana has increased to 98.83 per cent, the Director of Public Health and Family Welfare said. The average rate of recovery of patients in the country is 97.2 per cent. The number of recoverers is higher than the newly registered cases in the state.

The total number of cures in the state is now 2,92,229. At the same time, the number of active cases has decreased to 1,842. Of these, 751 are either home or institutional isolation.

In the last 24 hours, 101 new cases and 2 deaths were reported in the state. The total number of cases in the state is now 2,95,682 and the death toll is 1,611. The national average mortality rate is 1.4 per cent, while the state mortality rate is 0.54 per cent. Of these, 55.04 per cent of patients have other diseases.

Only 18,252 samples were tested on Sunday. Only 24 cases were registered in Greater Hyderabad. At the same time, 10 cases were registered in Ranga Reddy district. There are 10 districts that do not report the coronavirus case. The number of cases in the remaining 21 districts is in the same number. Explain that more than 92% of the beds are empty in hospitals treating kovid patients. There are government and private hospitals.
