Ranchi: A shocking incident has come to light from Jharkhand's capital Ranchi, where a whimsical Aashiq broke into the house and beat his girlfriend and her brother to death with a hammer. The culprit also fatally assaulted the girl's mother, she has been admitted to RIMS for treatment in a critical condition.
According to the information received, the incident took place in Janakpur area of Ranchi. A 17-year-old student of Class 12 and his 14-year-old brother were attacked by the criminal who entered the house. The main culprit of the murder is said to be a youth who loves the student unilaterally. The incident is said to have taken place between 3 am and 4 am on Saturday. Shweta and her brother Praveen, both the deceased in the attack, were studying at DAV Public School in Bariatu, Ranchi. The duo lived with their mother Chanda Devi in a rented house in Janakpur area, while their father Sanjeev Kumar Singh works in Abu Dhabi. Chanda Devi, who is undergoing treatment at RIMS, has told the police that two others along with a man named Rohan, who was in love with her daughter Shweta unilaterally, barged into the house in the morning. They attacked the three with a hammer and knife.
On Saturday morning, when people in the area saw blood flowing out of the house, someone informed Dayashankar Singh, the father of chanda devi, a woman who lives in Ranchi. When they rushed, the police were informed of the incident. At that time, Praveen and his mother Chanda Devi were breathing. Both were taken to Rims, but Praveen succumbed to his injuries before the treatment could begin. It is being said that there was a fight between the family of the student Shweta and the person who loved her one-sidedly in the past and the matter had also reached the police station. It is being said that this incident has been carried out over this fight. Ranchi City SP Anshuman said that the culprit has been identified. Raids are being conducted to arrest them.
