Melbourne: Australia cricket team head coach Justin Langer will have to change his coaching style if he wants to continue in his role. He has been warned in a review conducted after the end of the session in Australia.

Earlier this year, India made a good comeback after losing the first Test even after several players were injured to beat Australia 2-1 in the four-match series. Some players had then expressed dissatisfaction with Langer's management style. Langer was appointed head coach for four years after stepping down in 2018 over a ball tampering case by Darren Leeman. The players have also expressed dissatisfaction with team manager Gavin Dovey. Langer's response to the players' response will determine whether they will be awarded a new contract or not.

In a statement, Cricket Australia National Team Chief Ben Oliver said, He said, "This is similar to the process done after the last World Cup and the 2019 Ashes, where the team performed better. "This is part of our commitment to improve within and outside the field and we hope it will help the team's preparations for the upcoming T20 World Cup and home Ashes series".
