New Delhi: Delhi Crime Branch has confiscated the passports of 5 companions of Maulana Saad, the head of Tablighi Jamaat located in Nizamuddin Markaz. These five are named accused and Maulana Saad is also very special. Till the time the investigation of this matter goes, none of the people mentioned above will be able to go outside the country. Earlier in the Delhi-based Nizamuddin Markaz case, the ED had questioned a person named Mursalana Saad's very special Mursalin. According to sources, Mursalin used to stay in contact with foreign deposits and kept full knowledge of donations coming to Markaz. According to many accounts related to Markaz, the book is also with him. Mursalin has also traveled abroad many times.

According to the information, Mursalin used to write all the accounts in Urdu. The accounts of the book which were received by Markaz from Crime Branch were mostly written by Mursalin. Those documents were handed over to the ED by the Crime Branch. Earlier, the Crime Branch of Delhi Police has questioned a total of 166 deposits, including Saad's sons and relatives. According to sources, most of the Jamaatians in their statement to the Crime Branch admitted that Maulana Saad had asked to stay in Markaz after March 20.
