Chanduli: An event of a robbery in Chandauli district of Uttar Pradesh has emerged. In this incident, the miscreants ran away with a bag full of two lakh seventy thousand rupees from inside the branch of State Bank of India. The bag belonged to the operator of a customer service center.
After the incident, the customer escaped from the scene until he understood something. As soon as the information of the incident reached the bank, the team of CO and the crime branch are trying to search the CCTV footage of the bank and find clues of the miscreants. On Thursday, during the day, he went to withdraw money from his account at SBI branch located in Chahaniya. Asgar said that after withdrawing two lakh seventy thousand rupees from the account, placing it in a bag and handing it to his son Rahat, he went to another counter in the bank itself. Soon after, his son also reached his father for some work, but during that time he forgot to take his bag from the table in the bank there.
After some time when he got the idea of the bag, he went there and saw that the bag was missing from there. After this, the father-son senses flew away. The victim informed the bank officials including the police. As soon as the information was received, the team of Crime Branch including CO Sakuldiha Pradeep Singh Chandel, in-charge of Balua Police Station, Atul Narayan Singh reached the bank and started searching the CCTV footage. According to the footage, two suspicious persons have been seen carrying bags in the bank. Police said the investigation of the accused is on.
