The miscreants have demanded extortion of five lakhs to Dr. Vijay Kumar, posted at the Government Ayurvedic Hospital in Bageshwar. The family is threatened with murder if they do not pay extortion money. On the complaint of the doctor, the Kankhal police have registered a case against unknown accused of demanding extortion, threatening murder. Dr. Vijay Kumar's family lives in Ajitesh Vihar Colony located in Laksar Marg in Kankhal.
