A complaint has been allegedly filed in Delhi High court against the senior leaders of Congress like Ghulam Nabi Azad and Saifuddin Soz for releasing offensive statements against the Army of India.
The criminal complaint has been filed by advocate Shashi Bhushan at the Patiala House Court.
The complaint filed by Bhushan seeks a strict action to be taken against Azad and Soz under Sections 124 (sedition), 120B (criminal conspiracy) and 505 (1) (spreading rumour about army/navy/air force official which is likely to cause mutiny) of the Indian Penal Code(IPC) for making such offensive comments.
The court may most probably schedule a hearing to the matter on Saturday.

On June 22, in a TV interview, Azad asserted, "Indian Army in Jammu and Kashmir was killing more civilians than terrorists during military operations in the state."
While Saifuddin Soz, a week back asserted that 'Azadi' is completely impossible in Kashmir and that the issues can be resolved only when the stakeholders of both the countries sit together and discuss the matter.
The complaint also holds Mehbooba Mufti responsible for spreading hatred in the valleys and encouraging distress in the state of Jammu and Kashmir and also in the minds of the people.
