Kirti Chakra awardee Chetan Cheetah on ventilator, treatment underway at AIIMS

New Delhi: Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) officer Chetan Cheetah' heath is deteriorated. Chetan Cheetah has been admitted to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) at Jhajjar in Haryana for treatment. He is undergoing treatment at AIIMS Jhajjar. His oxygen level is reportedly fluxing. The therapists are monitoring the health of the conscious cheetah.

According to media reports, Kirti Chakra awardee Chetan Cheetah suddenly fell ill. His oxygen level are fluctuating. He was taken to AIIMS Hospital in Jhajjar, Haryana for treatment after her health deteriorated where doctors are treating her. Chetan Cheetah is being given necessary medical assistance by the concerned officials of the AIIMS. State that Chetan Cheetah, commandant of the CPRF, has been awarded the Kirti Chakra for bravery.

The army, CRPF and police had an encounter with terrorists on February 14, 2017 at Bandipura in Jammu and Kashmir. The terrorists had already come to know about the activity of the security forces who came to know about the presence of the terrorists. The ambushed terrorists had done fire. He was hit by nine bullets in the encounter and also lost an eye in the firing, but he courageously killed 3 terrorists.
