The name of these lady constables is Khushboo Chauhan. Khushboo is serving in the 233rd Battalion of CRPF. The video is of September 27 but it is now going viral on social media. In fact, on September 27, ITBP organized a debate in Delhi. The topic was whether terrorism can be tackled by following human rights? Constable Khushboo has spoken against this topic, Khushboo is also seen saying in a very enthusiastic manner that "when a young soldier is martyred on the border, no one cries for human rights but when India will be your slogan in JNU Everybody stands with it". In this episode, she further says that
"If someone says that Afzal will come out of every house, then listen to me - the house from which Afzal will come out,  we will not let him come out of the womb".
