Cryptocurrencies were trading in the green early on April 13. The worldwide crypto market capitalization is now USD1.86 trillion, up 1.52 percent from the previous day. The overall crypto market volume over the last 24 hours has decreased by 9.13 percent to USD92.54 billion.

The entire volume in DeFi is currently USD10.42 billion, accounting for 11.26 percent of the total 24-hour volume in the crypto market. The overall volume of all stable coins is now USD77.60 billion, accounting for 83.86 percent of the total 24-hour volume of the crypto market.

Bitcoin's price is currently Rs 31.46 lakh, with a 40.77 percent market share. According to CoinMarketCap data, this was a 0.30 percent fall from the previous day.

In other news, according to Bitcoin Magazine, 33.4 million Nigerian individuals aged 18-60 have owned or traded bitcoin or another cryptocurrency in the last six months.  The post quoted a study titled "Into The Cryptoverse" published by top crypto exchange KuCoin that looked into cryptocurrency penetration.

Bitcoin's market share has dropped 0.30 percent to 40.80 percent in the last day. As of Wednesday morning (April 13, 2022), the most popular crypto asset was trading at USD40,085.03. According to data on the CoinMarketCap website, the overall Bitcoin price has dropped 11.41 percent in the last seven days.
