Corona wreaking havoc in this city, administration imposed curfew till July 21

Bhopal: Curfew has been implemented in Madhya Pradesh's Gwalior city till July 21. Yesterday, the administration decided to keep the entire city in lockdown for a week from 7 pm, keeping in mind the increasing transition of Corona in the district, the district administration announced this.

It was agreed to implement a one-week lockdown at the District Crisis Management Group meeting held on Monday evening. Sources added, Collector Kaushalendra Vikram Singh said that during the one-week lockdown, no social, religious, and political ceremonies could be organized in Gwalior city. Strict action will be taken under the Disaster Management Act and other legal provisions on gathering crowds anywhere.

During the lockdown, all the boundaries of the district will remain completely sealed. There will be strict monitoring of the blocks on the border. No one will be allowed inside the district nor will anyone be allowed to exit the district. Only the emergency medical requirement will be allowed to move in and out of the district. There has been an unprecedented increase in the number of coronavirus-infected patients in the city, in view of this, the entire 7-day lockdown has been implemented in the city.
