According to the JD Power 2016 India Customer Service Index (CSI), Honda and Suzuki were the top automobile manufacturers in India to give a nice satisfaction to their customers. Tata motors stood third in the race. 

This was the first time for Honda to get a rank 1 position whereas Maruti has been to this spot 16 times earlier also, which makes it 17th time this year.

All Maruti Suzuki had to do was keeping up with its previous performance, but on the other hand Honda has shown a tremendous sill by climbing up to this spot, according to the experts.

Maruti and Honda together share this spot with the score of 901 points. Tata was able to score a sum of 888 points all together.
