Jio phone customers will be able to get a partial refund by returning this feature phone in the year already. Reliance Jio has set new conditions for Jio phone refund. A channel partner from Jio gave this information and explained that if a customer takes a total recharge of Rs 1500 under a variety of plans in one year then he can return a Jio phone in the first year and get a refund of Rs 500.

They said that after returning the phone in the second year, the customer will be paid 1000 rupees and the entire 1500 rupees in the third year. It is worth mentioning that the company is selling this 4G feature phone at a sealed amount of Rs. 1500. The company says that after refunding Jio phone after three years, the said amount will be refunded. The company did not respond to questions about the new condition and change.

Jio Phone is easily among the most eagerly anticipated mobile phones in recent history, a mass market handset that offers high-speed Internet access and smartphone-like features without burning a hole in the pocket. In fact, Jio Phone is essentially free, though there is a Rs. 1,500 deposit that buyers need to make.

Unveiled on July 21, it wasn't until August 24 that the handset went up for pre-orders, but deliveries have reportedly just started and will be completed by Diwali for the 6 million people who pre-booked it.
