Good response from customers is to get the new sub-compact SUV Venue of Hyundai. The company launched it on May 21, while it had already made 15,000 bookings. The waiting period is now running for about 2 months at the Hyundai venue. Reports quoted dealers as saying that the waiting period based on the variant and engine is up to 6-8 weeks on Hyundai Venue.
As per the information received, the model with a 1.0-litre turbo petrol engine is most preferred with a 7-speed dual clutch automatic gearbox box of the Hyundai venue. The SUV's diesel engine model is then being procured. The model with the 1.2-litre petrol engine being the lowest choice. The Hyundai venue has been launched in two gasoline and a diesel engine option. It has a 1.4-litre diesel engine with 90hp power, equipped with a 6-speed manual gearbox. Talking about the petrol engine, the 1.2-litre engine generates a power of 83hp and 1.0-litre turbo engine 120hp. The 1.2-litre petrol engine is equipped with a 5-speed manual gearbox. The 1.0-litre turbo petrol engine has a 6-speed manual and a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox option.
The company has features such as leather seats, automatic climate control, 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system, Dowmond-cut alloy VLJ, wireless charging, led DRL, sunroof, 6-airbags, ESC and ABS with EBD at the Hyundai venue. The venue SUV is available in 10 color options. Its price is between Rs 6.50 lakh to 11.10 lakh. The market is hit by SUVs like Maruti Suzuki Vitara Bris, Tata Nexson, Mahindra XUV 300 and Foord EcoSport.
