Mumbai: The dangerous impact of cyclone 'Touktae' is visible in Maharashtra. The speed of this storm has caused havoc. Amidst all this, the district administration of The Coastal Districts of Ratnagiri, Sindhudurg and Raigad in Maharashtra has shifted 12,420 residents to safer places.
