3 capsicum, chopped into pieces
2 tbsp besan
1 onion medium chopped
1 cup fresh yoghurt
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
Salt to taste

Curd Capsicum Recipe for making vegetables- First of all, cut capsicum into small pieces. After this, add curd and besan in a bowl and take the froth. Now after this, keep the oil in the pan on medium flame to heat up. Now when the oil is hot, add capsicum and fry till it is soft. After this, add onion, turmeric powder and salt and fry it. Now add the curd besan solution and mix. Cover and cook for 5 minutes and keep the vegetable running intermittently. After this, when the besan starts to thicken, add red chilli powder, cumin powder and black pepper powder and cook for 2 minutes. Now turn off the flame after the scheduled time. Take hot curd capsicum vegetable ready.
