Make delicious and energy-rich oatmeal cutlet for breakfast today

Ingredients for making oatmeal cutlets
Oatmeal – 1 bowl
Potatoes – 4
Onion finely chopped – 1
Besan – 4 tbsp
Rice flour – 3 tbsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 3/4 tsp
Garam Masala – 1 tsp
Amchur – 1 tsp
Green chilli chopped – 2
Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
Hard cards – 12-15
Oil – for frying
Salt – to taste

Method of making oatmeal cutlet- To make an oatmeal cutlet, first of all, take oatmeal and wash it by cleaning it. Now soak the oatmeal in water for half an hour. After that, take the potatoes and grate them and then remove the pumpkin potato and oatmeal water in the mixing bowl and put it. Now add finely chopped onions, curry leaves and green chillies to it as well. Mix them all well. Now add red chilli powder, coriander powder, chaat masala, garam masala, amchur, besan, rice flour, turmeric and salt to taste in the mixture. After this, prepare the dough by mashing the whole mixture well without adding water.

In fact, there is enough water in pumpkin potato and oatmeal, in such a way, additional water will not be needed for the dow. Now prepare the cutlet from the prepared dough and keep it separate in a plate. Now put oil in a pan and keep it on medium flame to heat it. During this time, when the oil is hot, add an oatmeal cutlet and deep fry it. The cutlets have to be fried on both sides until their colour turns golden. Now after this, take out the cutlet separately in a plate and fry all the cutlets in the same way. Finally, serve it with tomato sauce or chutney.
