Dance Deewane Junior Winner: 8-year-old Aditya Patil takes homes Rs 20 Lakh

The first season of Dance Deewane Junior Grand Finale culminated on Sunday night with 8-year-old boy name  Aditya Patil being crowned as the winner. Aditya was awarded the trophy and Rs 20 lakh cash prize. Along with the judges — Neetu Kapoor, Nora Fatehi and Marzi Pestonji, Bollywood star Aamir Khan also joined the grand finale.

Aditya Patil  wants to win the show for grand Father

Earlier Aaditya had confessed in the show that he wanted to win the show for his grandfather. The young contestant plans on buying a new house for his grandfather, as the latter faced extreme financial crisis but managed to pay for Aditya's dance school. During his journey on the show, Aditya dedicated several acts to his grandparents as a token of his love and respect. After winning the show, Aditya Patil in a statement said that the journey of Dance Deewane Juniors has been a ‘memorable one’ for him, and taught him many important lessons. “I want to thank my family, friends, Neetu ma’am, Nora ma’am, Marzi sir and my captain Pratik Utekar for always being there to guide me – I owe it all to them. This stage has boosted my confidence, which will motivate me to win the world. I wanted to win this title not only for myself but for my parents and grandparents who have supported me throughout this journey and stood with me like a rock. This will be like a breakthrough in my life, and I want to make the most out of it. I will never forget this journey and will always keep pursuing my passion for dance.”

Aaditya’ s choreographer Pratik Utekar  Talking about Aditya’s performance said, he proved his versatility on the show by showing off all kinds of complex dance forms. Judges Neetu Kapoor, Marzi Pestonji, and Nora Fatehi have been mighty impressed by Aditya's performance. Celebrity guests, Ayushmann Khurrana, Taapsee Pannu, Ranveer Singh, Varun Dhawan, Kiara Advani, Tiger Shroff (Aditya's favourite actor), and many others were left spellbound by Aditya's sheer excellence.
