Baking soda & milk together works miraculously on dark ankles

Baking soda is one of the most essential ingredients to lighten the skin color. The baking soda contains bleaching properties into it. The milk is considered to be a great cleansing agent. If you mix them together they can perform miraculous task to your skin. This mixture helps you to exfoliate your skin.

Procedure to lighten dark ankles using baking soda

Take 1 tsp baking soda and 2 tsp milk.

Mix them together and apply it all over your ankle and feet.

Rub it gently and then wash it off.

Mix 1 tablespoon of the soda with milk.

Make a paste and apply it on your knees.

To make yogurt pack

Take 1 tsp of yogurt, 2 tsp of gram flour, and two tsp of lemon juice.

Mix all the ingredients very well all together and then apply it on your dark ankle.

keep it for 15-20 mins and rinse it off with normal water.

Milk & cream can help in lighten ankles

Everyone is aware of the cleansing properties of milk. The fatty acids presents in milk help to lighten the dark areas of the skin. Milk cream is also an important ingredient to cure dark ankle.

Mix milk and gram flour together in a bowl. Mix them well, all together.

Apply in on your ankle and leave it for 15 to 20 minutes.

Let it get dried and wash it off.
