Ghee - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
Roasted Cumin - 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice - ½ cup
White salt - 1 teaspoon
Black salt - 1 teaspoon
Jaggery - 100 grams
Dates - 250 grams, seed free

Recipe:

To make this date pickle, you have to first cut the dates in fine pieces. Now heat ghee in a pan. Now add jaggery and melt it. Then add black pepper, salt, lemon juice, roasted cumin seeds and stir it for 5-7 minutes. When it starts to smell very sweet, then add chopped dates and cook for 10 minutes and turn off the gas. Now fill it in a glass container when it cools down. Finally, eat it with paratha or puri.
