Updated Datsun Redigo launched in a cool color variant

Datsun's Redigo has now been updated keeping The AIS-145 safety standards in mind. The Japanese carmaker has included driver-side airbags, rear parking sensors, speed alert systems and seatbelt reminders in all variants of this budget hatchback. Earlier in March, the company had also updated Redigo with EBD with ABS. With the induction of this safety kit, Redigo prices have now gone up by around Rs 12,000. The top-spec variant of the new model has increased by Rs 4,000 compared to the current model. The starting price of the Redigo range is now Rs 2.80 lakh which now goes up to Rs 4.37 lakh. The best price for customers to buy.

In its variant lineup, Datsun has updated with this additional safety kit. The existing Redigo came with the Mid-Spec T (O) variant, although it has now been discontinued with updates.

For your information, Redigo has not been changed except for safety updates. It comes mated to a 0.8-liter petrol motor with 54hp power and is mated to a 5-speed manual. It also comes with a 68hp 1.0-liter petrol engine that comes with a 5-speed manual and AMT gearbox.
