Trishala Dutt, daughter of Bollywood film actor Sanjay Dutt, lives in America, away from father. She is a Psychologist and settled in the US. Recently Trishala Dutt discussed her problems with people in detail through her Instagram. During this time, a user questioned Trishala about the drug addiction of his father Sanjay Dutt. The user asked, 'Because you are a psychologist, what do you have to say about your father's drug addiction?' She had a long discussion on this question.

Trishala Dutt wrote, 'Earlier, we have to remember that intoxication is a very slow disease which later gets the drug addict under his or her own control. After getting addicted to drugs, they are forced to take drugs and which later leads to serious consequences.' Next to this, Trishala wrote, 'Initially, drug users decide to take it themselves. They take it on their own, but taking drugs repeatedly brings such a change in the mind that it proves very harmful for them. Such a person does not control himself and gets addicted to that bad addiction.'

Trishala wrote about Sanjay Dutt's drug addiction, 'Now if the matter is about my father taking drugs, then he is always in a position to overcome it. Because it is a disease with which they fight every day. However, now they have stopped using it. I am proud of my father that he confessed that he was addicted to drugs'. He fought against this evil addiction, sought help and made a fresh start. There is nothing to be ashamed of.
