Ole Gunnar Solskjær, coach of the English Premier League (EPL) club Manchester United, praised the team's goalkeeper David de Gea calling him the world's best goalkeeper. Gea performed brilliantly in a 1–1 draw against Tottenham Hotspur. As a goalkeeper, he has scored only two goals in the last seven games.
Manchester United will play their next match against Sheffield United on Wednesday. Gunnar Solskjær said at the press conference on the eve of the match, "David is the best goalkeeper in the world. He has scored only two goals for us in the last seven matches. Chelsea, Tottenham Hotspur and Everton have played against Manchester City.
He said, "He run after not eating goals. One against Everton. He made excellent defence and won matches for us. I still believe he is the best goalkeeper in the world. You see time and again that he doesn't make mistakes." The coach said, "I am really happy with his work. He is working hard regularly in training and I am happy with his performance."
