New Delhi: Usually the last date for income tax returns is July 31. But taxpayers have faced many new problems this year, in which it is mandatory to add GST and Pen Card. So, as per the sources, the last date for this year's income tax return is expected to change.

And, we have four reasons why tax returns filing deadline should be extended:

1. Deadline was extended for banks, deductors to issue Form 16A

2. Mandatory Aadhaar-PAN linking hit by obstacles.

3. Deadline for employers to issue Form 16 was also extended

4. The arrival of GST kept CAs busy.
