Mother Teresa has been declared a saint in the Vatican in September 2016. Her second miracle was recognized by the Pope earlier. The news of this miracle was revealed from Brazil. It was reported that a man's head tumor was cured by the grace of Mother Teresa. In Catholicism, a saint is considered a person who has lived a holy life and who has now reached heaven. Mother Teresa helped the poor and sick and needy ones but there also are some lesser-known things about her which tells about different side of her.

- Arup Chatterjee's famous book Mother Teresa: The Final Verdict raises many questions about the work of Mother Teresa. Chatterjee, a doctor by profession and for some time working at Mother Teresa's Missionaries of Charity, claims that Mother overpowered her work for the poor.

- Chatterjee also questioned the institution's claim that it provides food to thousands of people daily in Kolkata. According to Chatterjee's book, the institution's two or three kitchens serve food to more than 300 people every day, only mainly to poor Christians who have a food card issued by the organization.

- In one of his articles, senior litterateur Vishnu Nagar has written that the doctors who visited the charity missions of Mother Teresa found that these are actually missions for giving more life than giving life. Most of these missions did not even have proper sanitation, it was difficult for the sick to live and be healthy, there was no good care, there was not even food and pain relief medicines. '

- According to Arup Chatterjee, the poor were not intentionally treated properly in the centers of the Missionaries of Charity, the institution of Mother Teresa. Mother Teresa considered suffering good. He believed that suffering brings you closer to Jesus, who crucified for humanity. But when she herself was ill, she used to go to expensive hospitals in India and abroad for treatment.

- In 1995, Hichens also wrote a book. In this book titled The Missionary Position: Mother Teresa in Theory and Practice, Hitchens stated that the myth of Mother Teresa has been coined by the media while the truth is contrary. The essence of the article was that Mother Teresa was more interested in helping the poor than to use suffering to propagate the fundamental principles of the Roman Catholic Church.

-Finally, Mother Teresa was severely criticized for baptizing even those who are counting her breath. Baptism is the ritual of giving initiation into Christianity by sprinkling holy water. In 1992, in a speech in California, USA, Mother Teresa herself said, "We ask that man, do you want the blessing that your sins are forgiven and you get God?" Nobody ever refused.

- Chatterjee has also said in his book that Mother Teresa got a lot of money to help the poor, but she did not spend a major part of it. He also took money from Charles Keating, who was notorious for his scandal in America.
